3. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. Cnossen Holsteins Ltd is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by the buyer. Re-shipping costs for returned packages will be the customer's responsibility.

4. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
