Whether you are playing fetch in the park with our High-Velocity Ball Launchers, enjoying an afternoon catch with our Aerodynamic Flying Discs, or exercising your furry companion with our High-Bounce Tennis Balls, your satisfaction is our highest priority.

We take immense pride in crafting and selecting durable, top-tier active play equipment. If for any reason you or your pet are not completely delighted with your purchase, our clear and straightforward 30-day return policy ensures a hassle-free experience.

1. 30-DAY RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package arrives to initiate a return request.

To qualify for a full refund, your returned item must satisfy the following safety and quality criteria:

  • Product Condition: Due to safety and hygiene considerations surrounding active play and pet equipment, items must be unused, unbitten, clean, and returned in their original packaging with all labels, bands, and protective wrapping intact.

  • Launchers & Discs: Must show no signs of outdoor scuffing, mud marks, structural stress, or teeth punctures.

  • Proof of Purchase: An official order number or email confirmation receipt must accompany your return request.

  • Excluded Items: Promotional items marked as final sale, custom orders, or goods returned without prior email authorization.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Returning an item is quick and easy:

  1. Submit Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".

  2. Detail the Issue: Briefly state the reason for your return and attach photos showing the unused, clean condition of the products and original packaging.

  3. Receive RMA: Our support team, overseen by Luisa Botelho, will review your submission within 24 to 48 business hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the Item: Securely pack your items and send them to our dedicated return center:

Note: Packages returned without a prior RMA approval cannot be tracked or processed.

3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Standard Preference Returns: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for covering all return shipping charges. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Trackable Services: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping provider or purchasing carrier insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of lost or un-tracked return shipments.

4. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

  • Quality Inspection: Once your return arrives at our facility, our quality team will examine the product condition to ensure it meets our hygiene and resale standards.

  • Notification: You will receive an email notification detailing whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

  • Credit Issuance: Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 8 business days.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING GOODS

We carefully inspect every ball launcher, flying disc, and tennis ball set prior to dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or exhibits a manufacturing flaw:

  • Include your order number along with clear photos or short video clips showing the issue.

  • We will dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no additional cost to you.
